An interface to view collections of visual art

چکیده

Abstract Art experts prefer being able to look at the individual images they are working on in course of their research. However, if one were digitally accessible field visual art, would be dealing with billions images; no can handle visually examining such huge numbers a time. Therefore, art need special tools examine and describe artworks context other artworks. We used our experience from previous projects interviews members target group (art historians, curators, dealers, artists) identify central issues these encounter when large image collections determine functionality properties system must offer support work. The results led customized interface LadeCA.View, which is now several projects. LadeCA.View enables an exhibition or collection way that user obtain overview intention, content, structures within short period time without looking each individually. also as probe more deeply into exhibition. In this paper we show functions visualizations explain design decisions. Furthermore, outline LadeCA.View’s scope applicability using three case studies
